We use Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA) to handle inquiries and send our newsletter. When you submit our contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, company/venue, inquiry type, message as well as time, language and the page URL) is transmitted to and stored by Klaviyo. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

You are only added to our newsletter if you actively tick the corresponding checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. Klaviyo onsite tracking (cookies or comparable visitor-recognition technologies) is loaded only if you selected “Accept all” in the cookie banner; with “Essential only” no Klaviyo tracking is loaded.
