Question 4

How does the KÆGGS tap system actually work?

Accepted Answer

Each cocktail is pre-batched to a bartender recipe, filled into kegs and served through a draft line. Your team connects the keg, opens the tap and pours the cocktail — no shaking, no measuring.

Question 5

Do we need a trained bartender to serve KÆGGS?

Accepted Answer

No, that's the idea: service staff without bartender training should be able to pour the cocktails. We'll agree an introduction with you.

Question 6

What hardware do we need?

Accepted Answer

Usually a draft setup with cooling. Which components you need and which we can provide is something we clarify together — including mobile setups for festivals and pop-ups.
